Has this thought ever crossed your mind: South africa is supposed to make hundreds of thousands from the influx of tourists from far and wide. How do we , the man in the street benefit from this historical event, surely the rich fat cats with the huge tenders arent the only ones allowed to benefit?
Well heres a great idea : Airbrush tattoos of flags,soccer balls, logos OR coloured hair streaks for fans at soccer fan parks. Fifa is not allowing anyone to sell with a 2mile/3km radius from any stadium... but they are allowing it at selcted Fan Parks. Did you know that over 3.5 million hotdogs were sold at Fan parks during the last world cup.... Do you think that 1% of that could be yours....... A RESOUNDING YES ! Why not, its only a meagre 1%,its not too much to ask for . Take a drive down to your local mall. We are all soccer and SA crazy...almost every one has a cute flag stuck to the window. Fans would love a airbrush tattoo of the favourite country on the cheek, and it would last a week, so they can flaunt it for many matches !!!!
So lets do the math.. if we could just sell
1% of 3.5 million - 35000
lets cut that by a tenth 3500 (just to be safe)
3500 tattoos / hair streaks @ R30 each
= R105 000
3500 tattoos @ $5each = approxR131250
